Theory and Hazard Perception Test

The theory test is split into two parts, multiple choice questions and hazard perception. You need to pass both parts to pass the theory test.

If you pass one part and fail the other you’ll fail the whole test. You will need to take both parts again. The pass mark for the multiple choice questions is 43 out of 50, and the hazard perception 44 out of 75.

The Driving Test

When you have the skills to take the test, you should be able to pass anywhere. But it's always helpful to have that edge. Whether looking to take a driving test in Preston, Chorley or as far away as Blackpool, Dave has knowledge of routes that are used. However it is no guarantee of a pass. That comes with hard work and practice.

The Car - You will be learning in a Ford Fiesta. The Fiesta is stylish, sporty and enjoyable to learn in. With the controls easy to get to grips with, great vision from inside the cabin, handy rear camera and air conditioning available, for those hot summer days! It really is one of the best cars to learn in.

So you've done plenty of practice. You're feeling confident. Click the link below to take you to the best place to book your theory and hazard perception test.

The link below will take you to the best place to book your driving test. The price of the test isn't included in what you have to pay your instructor for use of the car on the day. So make sure you're ready, as you don't want to have to pay in excess of £100 more than once. It can get expensive.
